Booking and Payment

When you book a service with us, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with the services you book
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

• Respect the time and expertise of our consultants
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methods or materials shared
• Not reproduce or share our proprietary content without permission
