Service-Based Business

Scentedscent provides professional wardrobe consulting services. As a service-based business, our return policy differs from product-based businesses. This policy outlines our cancellation, refund, and satisfaction guarantee procedures.

Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Notice

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours advance notice and receive a full refund or credit toward future services.

Less Than 48 Hours

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% may be applied as credit toward future services within 6 months.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to appear for scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee with no refund or credit available.

Refund Policy

Before Service Delivery

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

After Service Delivery

Once a service has been provided, refunds are generally not available. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will address any concerns about service delivery.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule appointments at no charge if done at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient time.

Weather and Emergency Situations

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergency situations, we will work with clients to reschedule appointments without penalty, regardless of notice period.

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your booked service (for example, upgrading or downgrading a package), please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will adjust pricing accordingly.

Disputes

If you have concerns about billing or service quality, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.
